The Oakland Press, CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wixom Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct the following public hearings at their next regular meeting scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2015 for the following topics: PUBLIC HEARING FOR TEMPORARY USE #014-15: PHATMAN HAUNTS, 2133 N. WIXOM ROAD, WIXOM, MI 48393: The applicant is seeking temporary use approval to operate a haunted house during evenings at the above address from late September to early November. A temporary banner exceeding ordinance size requirements is also requested for the front of the building. The Municipal Code, Section 18.22.060 requires approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals for this request. The property is located at 2133 N. Wixom Road, Wixom MI 48393 and zoned B-2, Community Business District. The parcel number is 17-30-200-15. The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in Wixom Council Chambers, 49045 Pontiac Trail.
