Main Line Times, Notice of an Intent to Remediate to an Environmental Standard and Receipt of a Final Report. (Sections 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii), 304(n)(1)(i), and 305(c)(1)) (Sections 302(e)(2), 303(h)(2)) Notice is hereby given that Regina Perrulli has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located at 519 South Roberts Road, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010, in Radnor Township, Delaware County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site is a residence that site has been found to be contaminated with #2 fuel oil that has contaminated soil on the site. Ms. Perrulli has indicated that the proposed remediation measures will be excavation and off-site disposal. The proposed future use of the property will be residential. Ms. Perrulli has submitted a final report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standard for the site. Ms. Perrulli has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health Cleanup Standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
