Hearst Media Services, LEGAL NOTICE The Superior Court has found that the persons listed below own property seized in connection with a drug offense. Pursuant to General Statutes § 54-36h, the State of Connecticut has petitioned for forfeiture of the property. The State hereby gives notice that unless the owners appear to contest the forfeiture, the State will move the Court to enter a default and judgment, resulting in forfeiture of the property.
