Lebanon Daily News, NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Myerstown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Myerstown Borough Hall situate at 101 E. Washington Avenue, Myerstown, Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The Borough Council will receive questions and comments on Ordinance No. 828. The Ordinance provides for an amendment to the Borough Zoning Ordinance in the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Myerstown in Sections 27-1101 through 27-1108 - Part 11 - C-1 Central Business District. The Ordinance will provide for the repeal of the current Zoning regulations for the C-1 Central Business District. The Ordinance provides for: Purpose, Uses Permitted by Right, Uses Permitted by Special Exception, Performance Required, Lot Requirements, Building Height, Minimum Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements, and Limitations of Signs. The Ordinance is available for review and inspection at the Myerstown Borough Hall on any Monday through Thursday, except legal holidays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Copies of the Ordinance are available by paying for the copying costs thereof.
