NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that on July 22, 2015, at the hour of 12:30 pm the undersigned Special Master, Jennifer A. Taylor or her designee, will, at the front entrance of the San Juan County Courthouse, at 851 Andrea Dr., Farmington, NM 87401, sell all of the rights, title and interest of the above-named Defendant, in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 30 Road 2467, Aztec, NM 87410 (if there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control), and is more particularly described as follows:LOT NINETEEN A (19A) OF THE CORRECTION PLAT OF ANIMAS MEADOWS SUBDIVISION REPLAT A, SAN JUAN COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ACCORDING TO THE REPLAT THEREOF FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE SAN JUAN COUNTY CLERK ON FEBRUARY 25, 2009,including a 2007 Shult Moble Home, VIN number BUC001872AZAB, and any and all improvements, fixtures, and attachments.
