NWsource, WAC 197-11-970 SEPA DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) SEP2015-051 Road Impact Fee Parking Code Amendment Description of Amendments: Proposed amendments to temporarily eliminate the road impact fee and minimum parking space requirements for changes of use of existing buildings located within the North Subarea of the Regional Business Zone. A copy of the proposed amendments is available upon request. The City of Kenmore has determined that the above-referenced proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. The lead agency has determined that the requirements for environmental analysis, protection, and mitigation measures have been adequately addressed in the development regulations and comprehensive plan adopted under chapter 36.70A RCW, provided by RCW 43.21C.240 and WAC 197-11-158. An environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the issuance date. Comments must be submitted no later than July 10, 2015 per WAC 197-11-340(2)(a) and KMC 19.35.100 to the City of Kenmore, 18120 68th Ave NE, PO Box 82607, Kenmore, WA 98028. A non-project DNS is not subject to administrative appeal per Section 19.35.160 of the Citys adopted Environmental Procedures.
