Hearst Media Services, LEGAL NOTICE A hearing will be held on July 1, 2015 at 9:30 AM in Hartford Superior Court to determine whether temporary ownership should be vested in the Connecticut Department of Agriculture for 9 horses, 31 cats and 2 dogs that were seized by the Department on June 22, 2015 from 40 Towns End Road in Newtown, Connecticut. Any owner or individual who claims ownership of any of these seized animals who wishes to contest the state's action should appear for the hearing or contact the Attorney General's Office at 860-808-5250. This notice is issued in accordance with C.G.S. § 22-329a(d).
