The work includes purchase two (2) new Snow Plows with Carrier Vehicles and accessories. Copies may be obtained on or after July 1, 2015, at the Purchasing Agent's office, City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Ave., Danbury, CT, 06810 upon a non-refundable payment of $25.00 for each set. All requests for contract documents by mail shall be made to Purchasing Agent's office, City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Ave., Danbury, CT, 06810, and shall include a $10.00 non-refundable shipping and handling charge in addition to the $25.00 purchase price for the bid documents. Prospective bidders are asked to provide information on whether they are Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) or not in order to comply with FAA regulation. Prospective bidders will be asked to provide this information at time of document purchase. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Provisions.
