Times Union, The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing design-build services for the reconstruction of NY 347 Terry Road to Gibbs Pond Road (NY 347 DB Phase 3). The project will potentially include but is not limited to the following: Roadway, sidewalk and shared use path work; Noise barrier; Signing and Pavement Markings; Utility Relocations; Drainage; and Landscape to meet aesthetic requirements.
