NWsource, OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULE FOR THE WASHINGTON STATE DAIRY PRODUCTS COMMISSION Pursuant to chapter 15.44 RCW, notice is given that the Washington State Dairy Products Commission board took action on June 25, 2015 to formally adopt a rule to decrease the amount of the assessment producers pay on milk produced in Washington state by $.01 one-cent per hundredweight effective August 1, 2015. Notice of this rule adoption has been mailed to Director of Agriculture and all affected producers.
