Hearst Media Services, PUBLIC NOTICE OF REMEDIATION AND ELUR Public Notice of Remediation and Environmental Land Use Restriction (ELUR) Infinity Real Estate, LLC is the owner of the property located at 561 Post Road East in Westport, CT. The owner intends to complete remediation including excavation and off-site disposal of polluted soil, expedite attenuation of polluted groundwater, and use an Environmental Land Use Restriction (ELUR) to restrict the site to industrial/commercial activities once approved by CTDEEP.
