The Times Herald Vallejo, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District will hold a public hearing, regarding proposed changes to the following Ordinance: 1) 2015-64B an Ordinance providing for the establishment of storm drainage fees for services and facilities furnished by district's storm drainage system, collection procedures of such charges, penalties for delinquency in payment of such charges, and restriction on use of funds derived. Relevant data is available at the District office, 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo, CA, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on the 14th day of July 2015 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 555 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo CA, at which time and place any and all persons interested may be heard thereon.
