Hearst Media Services, MARGIN, LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 34-213 of the Connecticut General Statutes, that MARGIN, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company having its principal place of business in the Town of Stratford, County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, has been dissolved by resolution duly adopted by the its members, effective June 30, 2015. A certificate of dissolution has been filed with the Secretary of the State as required by law and dissolution has thereby become effective.
