Notice is hereby given of the intent to record an environmental land use restriction (ELUR) for the property. The purpose of the ELUR is to prohibit the following: 1) exposure of inaccessible soil; 2) exposure of environmentally isolated soil to infiltration of water; 3) disturbance of engineered control and polluted soil; and 4) building construction.
