Hearst Media Services, LEGAL NOTICE Walter Wheeler Drive SPE, LLC, The Strand/BRC Group, LLC, One Harbor Point Square LLC, Two Harbor Point Square LLC, Three Harbor Point Square LLC, Four Harbor Point Square LLC and the Harbor Point Infrastructure Improvement District, all c/o Walter Wheeler Drive SPE, LLC of 2200 Atlantic Street in Stamford, Connecticut, collectively own the property located at 100 Washington Boulevard, 2200 Atlantic Street, 1 Harbor Point Road, 5 Harbor Point Road, the Harbor point Square and the Harbor Point Riverwalk in Stamford, Connecticut. Notice is hereby given of the intent to record an environmental land use restriction (ELUR) for the property. The purpose of the ELUR is to prohibit the following: 1) exposure of inaccessible soil; 2) exposure of environmentally isolated soil to infiltration of water; 3) disturbance of engineered control and polluted soil; and 4) building construction.
