Delco News Network, ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTIFICATION Notice is hereby given that the Concord Township Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, starting at 7:30 p.m., at the Concord Township Municipal Building, 43 Thornton Road, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. At this meeting, the Board will: 1. Conduct a public hearing on the application of Peter H. Norton and Christine Norton (“Applicant”) with respect to property located at 468 Concord Rd, Glen Mills, PA, 19342 (adjacent to Concord and Smithbridge Roads), (being Folio No. 13-00-00780-03), in an R-2 Residential District . The subject property consists of a 2.25 acres improved with home and shed. Applicant seeks a variance from Zoning Ordinance Sections 210-19.B and 210-11.D.(1) which prohibit fencing greater than five feet (5’) high in a front yard; and 2. Conduct a public hearing upon the application of Darren and Kathleen Armani (“Applicant”) with respect to property located at 1 Oxfordshire Court, Garnet Valley, PA, 19060, in the Rochford Estates community, (being Folio No. 13-00-00609-84), in an R-2 Residential District. The subject property consists of a one acre residential lot with a home and related improvements. Applicant seeks a variance from Zoning Ordinance Sections 210-19.A and 210-11.A.(4)(c) to permit the replacement of an existing deck which already encroaches into the minimum rear yard setback area with a new and larger deck which further encroaches into the minimum rear yard setback area. In addition, the Board may deliberate on and/or decide any pending applications and conduct any such other business as may properly come before the Board. Brenda L.
