The Macomb Daily, CITY OF OAK PARK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Park Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., or thereafter, at the Oak Park City Hall, City Council Chambers, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, Michigan. The Public Hearing will consider: Case #15-05: Ms. Karen Gunn, 12830 Oak Park Boulevard – Variance to allow for the construction of a deck that does not meet the rear yard setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. Variance applications can be reviewed at Technical and Planning Services, 14300 Oak Park Blvd., during regular business hours. The public may appear at the Public Hearing in person or by counsel.
