Farmington Daily-Times, PUBLIC NOTICE OF MS4 ANNUAL REPORT The City of Farmington announces the availability of the MS4 Annual Report for the City's Stormwater Management Program, which is required by the U. S. EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) under Permit No. NMR040000.
