Southern Vermont Marketplace, The Town of Pownal is accepting proposals for Propane for six (6) of its Wastewater Pump Stations, Town Office and Transfer Station. The bid shall be for a total of 5,500 gallons and delivered as needed, on an automatic delivery schedule throughout the Town of Pownal's FY 2016 budget year (July 2015 - June 2016). Tanks at the pump stations are Town owned. The bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance with the bid. All bids must be received and accepted by the Town of Pownal's Administrative Assistant, Linda Sciarappa, at the Pownal Town Office, 467 Center Street, Pownal, VT 05261 by 4 P.M., Thursday, August 20, 2015. Bids will be publicly read and awarded at a duly warned Select Board meeting. Town of Pownal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept part of the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Pownal.
