Bucks Local News, NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a second public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. at the Newtown Township Building located at 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940. The purpose of the continued public hearing will be to consider the Application for tentative approval of a Planned Residential Development (PRD) submitted by Arcadia Holdings, Inc., as equitable owner, which said property is owned by Wynmere Hunt Associates, LP & Karr Associates I, LP. The Application for tentative approval of the Planned Residential Development (PRD) relates to Tax Parcel Nos. 29-9-7 and 29-9-3-1. The property is located at or near the intersection of Buck Road and the Route 413 Bypass. The Application for tentative approval is for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) consisting of 34 single-family homes to be constructed on the 19.2 acre site. The initial hearing on this matter was held on June 24, 2015. The public is welcome to attend the proceeding and a full copy of the Planned Residential Development Application may be reviewed at the Township Building located at 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA during normal business hours.
