Daily Local, PUBLIC NOTICE The West Pikeland Township Arts and Culture Committee will be cancelling its scheduled meeting for September 8th, 2015 at 4PM and will instead meet on September 15th, 2015 at 4PM. The meeting will convene at the West Pikeland Township Meeting Room, 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs, Pennsylvania.
