Middletown Press, STATUTORY NOTICE The Old Saybrook Enforcement Officer has issued a Certification of Zoning Compliance in connection with the application of Martha Southard to construct an in-ground pool at residence on property of Martha Southard located at 6 Cove Landing (Map 016-Lot 62-3) on August 20, 2015. Any person aggrieved by said decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer may appeal to the Old Saybrook Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with provisions of Section 8-7 of the Connecticut General Statutes. This Notice is published by the said Applicants in accordance with the provisions of Section 8-3(f) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
