The Times Herald, Notice is hereby given that at its public meeting of Aug. 18, 2015 Norristown Municipal Council at Norristown Municipal Hall, 235 E. Airy St., Norristown, PA at 6:30 pm, adopted the following: Municipality of Norristown Montgomery County, PA Ordinance 15 -07 of 2015 An Ordinance of the Municipality of Norristown, Montgomery Co., PA, amending Chapter 305, “Vehicles and Traffic” of the General Laws of Norristown, to amend a current “Parking Prohibited at all times” designation on Penn Street to prohibit parking on the south side of the )) block of E. Penn Street at all times, and providing for a new “Time Limit Parking” provision to allow 15-minute free parking on the north side of the 00 block of East Penn Street from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and to require meter parking for parking in excess of 15 minutes in that location; repealing all inconsistent ordinances; providing a severability clause, and providing an effective date. A true and correct copy of this Ordinance is available for inspection and copying by the public at Norristown Municipal Hall, The Times and the Montgomery County Law Library during regular business hours.
