The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE Town of Sullivan Zoning Board of Appeals A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Sullivan will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Sullivan office building, 7507 Lakeport Road, Chittenango, NY 13037 to consider the application of William Cotter, SBL #23.-2-35.63, for property located at 758 Chestnut Ridge Road, Kirkville, for an area variance to allow a solar array system, which will be closer to the property line than permitted by the current zoning law of the Town of Sullivan. The above application is open for inspection at the Town of Sullivan office building during regular business hours.
