The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF HAMILTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hamilton on September 15, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Village Courthouse, located at 60 Montgomery St., Hamilton, New York, on the following matter: consideration of the designation of the zoning classification as I1 Institutional District of those certain premises to be annexed into the Village of Hamilton, generally described as approximately 6.768+ acres of uninhabited lands owned entirely by Colgate University adjoining the present southerly boundary of the Village of Hamilton and located along the westerly side of Broad Street (Route 12B), known as tax map parcel #’s: 168.-1-21, 168.-1-18.1, 168.-1-18 and a portion of 168.1-22, as more fully described in the amended petition for annexation. The subject petition and proposed local law may be viewed at the office of the Village Clerk during the Clerk’s regular office hours.
