Hearst Media Services, CITY OF STAMFORD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Stamford will hold a public hearing and meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at 7 PM in the Cafeteria located on the 4th floor of the Stamford Government Center Building, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford at which time and place the following application will be considered: Application #046-19 of Ahuja Holdings LLC, for a Special Exception of Article III, Section 4 aa2 (Districts and District Regulations) Table I, Appendix A (Land Use Schedule) 12 - Clinics, Section 19-3.2e (Variances and Special Exceptions) and Article 4.1 (AA) of the Zoning Regulations in order to operate a Clinic under Section 3, Definition #23.1, the proposed building would be 7,701 square feet along with 35 parking spaces, (2 handicap spaces) on 51,683 square feet of land along High Ridge Road. Said property is located on the east side of High Ridge Road at the intersection of Donata Lane in an R-10 zone and is known as 831-833 High Ridge Road. At the above mentioned time and place a public hearing will be held and all interested parties are invited to attend. After the public hearing, there may be a meeting to discuss and possibly decide the application and any other business pending before the Board.
