Hearst Media Services, CITY OF STAMFORD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Stamford will hold a public hearing and meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 7 PM in the Cafeteria located on the 4th floor of the Stamford Government Center Building, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford at which time and place the following application will be considered: Application #033-15 of Margaret & Brian Mahoney for a variance of Table III, Appendix B (Front Yard Setback and Street Centerline Setback Requirements) and Article III, Section 6 (Districts and District Regulations Requirements) of the Zoning Regulations in order to rebuild and expand non-conforming accessory structure in the front yard. The proposed would be 14.0 feet from the front yard property line in lieu of the 40.0 feet required and have a street centerline setback of 33.25feet in lieu of the 65.0 feet required. Said property is located on the north side of Den Road in an RA-1 zone and is known as 656 Den Road. At the above mentioned time and place a public hearing will be held and all interested parties are invited to attend. After the public hearing, there may be a meeting to discuss and possibly decide the application and any other business pending before the Board.
