Hearst Media Services, CITY OF STAMFORD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Stamford will hold a public hearing and meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 7 PM in the Cafeteria located on the 4th floor of the Stamford Government Center Building, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford at which time and place the following application will be considered: Application #031-15 of Tomas DeCoene for a variance of Table III, Appendix A (Rear Yard Setback and Area Building Coverage Requirements) of the Zoning Regulations in order to construct an addition to the existing dwelling. The proposed would be 20.8 feet from the rear yard property line in lieu of the 30.0 feet required to rear steps and landing; 24.5 feet from the rear yard property line in lieu of the 30.0 feet required for the second floor addition over an existing first floor and to allow the 32.0% coverage in lieu of the 25.0% allowed to remain. Said property is located on the south side of Flying Cloud Road in an R-7-1/2 zone and is known as 18 Flying Cloud Road. At the above mentioned time and place a public hearing will be held and all interested parties are invited to attend. After the public hearing, there may be a meeting to discuss and possibly decide the application and any other business pending before the Board.
